Primary candidate for Strange Matter Star, no escape of the Strange Matter but many neutron stars have not given up this secret.  System uninhabitable, actually a binary system, with theoretically habitable planets.  Not Mind inhabited, but nearly, (next sectors) stars and inhabitants protected periodically from direct radiation from the neutron star.)
